In the afternoon of 29 October 2021, His Excellency SOK Khoeun, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the Republic of Singapore, signed the book of condolences for the demise of H.E. Mr. Roh Tae-woo, former President of the Republic of Korea, who passed away on 26th October 2021, at the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Singapore.
