On the morning of 26 November 2021, H.E. Ambassador HOK Sophea received a call on from H.E. MAEDA Toru, new ambassador of Japan to Brunei Darussalam. During the conversation, H.E. HOK Sophea expressed deep thanks to Japan for her efforts in finding peaceful solution to Cambodia and her contributions in human resources development, infrastructure building which were keys in developing Cambodia after the long war.
