On the evening of 16 February 2022, His Excellency PRAK Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and Lok Chumteav hosted a welcome dinner for ASEAN Foreign Ministers, Secretary-General of ASEAN and spouses prior to the launch of the ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Retreat (AMM Retreat) in Phnom Penh.
