On the afternoon of 16 February 2022, His Excellency Saifuddin Abdullah, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia, safely landed at the Phnom Penh International Airport to attend the ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Retreat (AMM Retreat) in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
