On the sidelines of the AMM Retreat, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn conferred the Royal Order of Sahametrei with the rank of Grand-Officer upon His Excellency Amphay KINDAVONG, Former Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic to the Kingdom of Cambodia, for his contributions in strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries.
