On 10 March, His Excellency TUY Ry, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Cambodia to Japan  presented the Letters of Credence to His Majesty the Emperor NARUHITO at the Ceremonial Hall “Matsu “ of the Royal Palace.
