On the morning of 18 April 2022, H.E. Dr. Sok Siphana, Senior Advisor to the Royal Government of Cambodia led the 5th Meeting of the Sub-Committee on Substance and Documentation to deliberate on the progress and arrangements for the activities to be organized during Cambodia’s ASEAN Chairmanship 2022, including the upcoming 55th ASEAN Foreign Ministers' Meeting (AMM) & Related Meetings and 40th & 41st ASEAN Summits & Related Summits.
