On the evening of 05 May 2022, H.E. Mr. Phan Peuv, Cambodian Ambassador to the Philippines, paid a courtesy call on Honorable Teodoro L. Locsin, Jr., Secretary of Foreign Affairs of the Philippines, and attended the launch of Philippines membership in the Commission on the limits of the Continental Shelf (CLCS) for the term 2023-2028 at Conrad Hotel in Manila.
