On the morning of May 24, 2022, His Excellency​ Kung Phoak, Secretary of State and Representative of His Excellency Prak Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia, welcomed a bilateral meeting with representatives of the Swedish Embassy, ​​including His Excellency Jon Astrom Grondahl, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Sweden to Thailand, Myanmar, Laos and Cambodia and His Excellency Kent Harstedt, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Sweden to Singapore. The two sides discussed bilateral cooperation between Cambodia-Sweden and exchanged views on regional and international issues.
