On the morning of 25 May 2022, His Excellency KHUON Phon Rattanak, Under-Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received a courtesy call by His Excellency Remco Johannes van Wijngaarden, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, at the Ministry after His Excellency Remco Johannes van Wijngaarden presented the Letter of Credence to His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah Boromneath Norodom Sihamoni, King of Cambodia. On that occasion, both sides also discussed the potentials for cooperation to further strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries.
