H.E. EAT Sophea, Secretary of State and ASEAN SOM Leader of Cambodia, hosted a Welcome Dinner for the delegations from ASEAN Member States and China, for the occasion of the 36th Meeting of the ASEAN-China Joint Working Group on the Implementation of the Declaration of Conduct of Parties in the South China Sea (DOC) on the evening of 24 May 2022 in Siem Reap, Cambodia.
