On the afternoon of 30 May 2022, Her Excellency Tout Panha, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and as a representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and His Excellency Mikami Masahiro, Ambassador of Japan to Cambodia, presided over the Handover Ceremony of the Song entitled “Rainbow for Tomorrow” written and sung by Ms. MINAMINO Yoko, at the Ministry.
