On the morning of 24 August 2022, under the implementation on the «Building Capacity in Cyber Diplomacy» project through Mekong-Lancang Cooperation Special Fund, the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations (NIDIR) organized a workshop on «Diplomacy in Cyberspace: Thriving through geopolitical storms» at Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh. The event was opened and presided over by H.E. Prof. Dr. Chhem Kiet Rethy, Minister Attached to the Prime Minister, and H.E. Mrs. Yentieng Puthirasmey, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and closed by H.E. Mr. Tean Samnang, President of NIDIR.
