On the morning of 30 August 2022, H.E. Kung Phoak, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation as the Chair of the office of the Special Envoy of the ASEAN Chair, had the meeting with H.E. Dr. OR Vandine, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Health, to exchange views on Cambodia's possible contribution to the Framework for COVID-19 Vaccine Administration in Myanmar as agreed at the Consultative Meeting on ASEAN Humanitarian Assistance to Myanmar on 6 May 2022 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
