On the morning of 09 September 2022, His Excellency Dr. NHIM Khemara, Secretary of State and Head of Economic Diplomacy Coordinating Group (EDCG) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received a courtesy call by Mr. Karthik Tallam, Honorary Consul of the Kingdom of Cambodia in Bengaluru, India, at the Ministry.

H.E. Dr. NHIM Khemara highlighted the long-term friendship between Cambodia and India in multiple aspects including diplomacy, trade, and culture, which induces confidence-building and connectivity between the two countries. H.E. PRAK David, Under Secretary of State and Deputy Head of EDCG took an opportunity to shed light on the Economic Diplomacy Strategy 2021-2023 and its major achievements, whereby both parties expressed firm commitment to further strengthen collaboration between both countries and to bolster investment, trade and tourism for mutual benefit.
