In  the morning of 19 September 2022, His Excellency Dr. CHEM Widhya, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia, has received H.E.Mr. Jacques PELLET, Ambassador of France to Cambodia, to exchange views on strengthening  bilateral cooperation in order to further enhance the long-standing relations of friendship between the two countries.
