In the evening of Thursday, 6 October 2022, His Excellency Dr. CHHIV Yiseang, Secretary of State, representing His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, participated in the 42nd extraordinary session of Francophonie Ministerial Conference (CMF), which was held by videoconference under the chairmanship of Mr. Othman JERANDI, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad. On this occasion, the CMF listened to the presentation made by Mrs. Louise MUSHIKIWABO, unique candidate for the post of Secretary General for the second mandate, of her vision and the priority orientations to ensure the influence of the Francophonie in the world, as well as the francophone multilateral actions to be implemented during the second mandate, and the progress of the upcoming 18th Francophonie Summit in Djerba, Tunisia.
