On the morning of 29 November 2022,  H.E. Kung Phoak, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, had a meeting with H.E.  Jacques PELLET, Ambassador of the Republic of France to Cambodia, to discuss and exchange views on regional and international issues.
