On 01 December 2022, H.E. Dr. Chem Widhya, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation led a delegation to attend the 2nd Round of the Bilateral Consultation between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Kingdom of Cambodia and the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic in Bratislava. The Consultation was co-chaired by H.E. Secretary of State Dr. CHEM Widhya and his Slovak counterpart H.E. State Secretary Mrs. Ingrid Brocková.​ During the meeting, both sides reviewed and followed up the bilateral relations between both countries while setting out a roadmap for future cooperation to advance ties in potential areas of shared interest for the mutual benefit of the two peoples.

Her Excellency State Secretary also hosted working lunch for Cambodian delegation, during which both side exchanged numerous views on regional and international issues of common interests and concerns.
