On 14 December 2022, His Excellency PRAK Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, had a meeting with His Excellency Josep Borrell, High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission, during his stay in Brussels to accompany Samdech Techo Prime Minister to co-chair the ASEAN-EU Commemorative Summit.
