On the afternoon of 5 January 2022, His Excellency Kung Phoak, Secretary of State, delivered a lecture on the “Achievements and Historical Success of Cambodia’s ASEAN Chairmanship in 2022” to the 542 participants of of the Political Leadership Development Program organized by Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia (UYFC) at the Ministry of Environment.
