On 10 February 2023, His Excellency Ouch Borith, Acting Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International cooperation, received a courtesy call by Mr. Michael R. DeTar, Deputy Chief of Mission of the U.S. Embassy in Phnom Penh, as an introduction of his new term of diplomatic mission in Cambodia.

The two sides exchanged views on areas of cooperation, and expressed strong commitments to further strengthen and enhance bilateral ties between the two countries.
