On the Morning of 27 February 2023, H.E. Kung Phoak, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and ASEAN SOM Leader of Cambodia, had a meeting with H.E. Anatoly BOROVIK, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Cambodia, at the Ministry, to discuss the participation in the upcoming East Asia Summit Senior Officials’ Meeting to be held on 08 March 2023 in Jakarta and to further boost existing cooperation within ASEAN-Russia Strategic Partnership.
