On the morning of 01 March 2023, His Excellency PRAK Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, presided over the opening session of the Ministry’s Annual Conference with attendance of the Ministry’s leaders and officials, heads of Cambodia’s overseas missions, and high representatives of certain national institutions concerned. The goal of the conference is to take stock of diplomacy achievements and to chart a new course of actions for the independent, rule-based foreign policy.
