On the morning of 16 March 2023, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister Prak Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Deputy Chief of the Royal Government Working Group for Kandal province and Chief of the Royal Government Working Group for Sa'ang district, and Lok Chumteav, High Representatives of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia and Samdech Kittipritthbindit Bun Rany Hun Sen, presided over the groundbreaking and inaugural ceremony at Kpoub Pagoda, Kpoub Commune, and conducted a site visit to oversee the construction of road and bridge in Prek Ta Aek Village, Talun Commune of Sa’ang district, Kandal Province.
