On the morning of 23 March 2023, His Excellency Ouch Borith, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Minister Delegate Attached to the Prime Minister, had a bilateral meeting with His Excellency Dr. Vince Henderson, Minister for Foreign Affairs, International Business, Trade and Energy of the Commonwealth of Dominica.

Following the meeting, the two sides signed an Agreement between the Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Government of the Commonwealth of Dominica on the Exemption of Visa Requirements for Holders of Diplomatic and Service/Official Passports.
