On the morning of 27 March 2023 at 10:00am, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Her Excellency TUOT Panha, Secretary of State, as a high representative of His Excellency PRAK Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia, received a courtesy call by the 10 successful candidates (research students) of Japanese Government Scholarship(Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology-MEXT) before their departure for Japan in the coming months. On that occasion, Her Excellency TUOT Panha conveyed the greetings of His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, and congratulated the successful candidates and gave them some good recommendations in relation to overseas living and studying for the sake of their academic success.
