On the occasion of the upcoming Khmer New Year, on the afternoon of 10 April 2023, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia held a blessing ceremony, presided over by His Excellency PRAK Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and Lok Chumteav. The ceremony was also attended by the Ministry’s Leaders and officials.
