On the afternoon of 19th April 2023, His Excellency SOK Soken, Secretary of State of Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and Cambodia’s Senior Official Leader for the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA), attended the CICA Senior Officials’ Committee Meeting chaired by the Republic of Kazakhstan as the CICA chair for 2022-2024 via videoconference. The meeting reviewed in-depth the implementation of the confidence-building measures last year and the direction for transforming CICA into a full-fledged international organization.
