On 27 April 2023, H.E. Dr. CHEM Widhya, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and Eminent Person of Cambodia for the High-Level Task Force on ASEAN Community's Post-2025 Vision (HLTF-ACV) attended virtually a Preparatory Meeting for the Interface between the ASEAN Leaders Interface and the HLTF-ACV to be convened on 10 May 2023 at Labuan Bajo, Indonesia.

The Meeting discussed and adopted the Draft Progress Report of the HLTF-ACV which will be submitted to the 33rd ASEAN Coordinating Council (ACC) and the 42nd ASEAN Summit.
