On the morning of 28 April 2023 in Siem Reap, H.E. KUNG Phoak, Secretary of State and ASEAN SOM of Cambodia co-chaired the 19th ASEAN-Russia Senior Officials’ Meeting (SOM) with H.E. Andrey Rudenko, Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation. The Meeting provides an opportunity for ASEAN and Russia to review the works over the past years and explore potential areas of cooperation in order to further enhance ASEAN-Russia Strategic Partnership.
