In the afternoon of May 13, 2023, His Excellency Dr. CHEM Widhya, Secretary of State, on behalf of His Excellency PRAK Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, attended the Cocktail Reception​ at the Russian Embassy as Guest of Honour in Commemoration of the 67th Anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Russian Federation.

This diplomatic function is another testimony to the strong traditional bonds of friendship between Cambodia and Russia as the two countries continue to explore ways and means to unlock new prospects of cooperation in order to further strengthen and elevate the existing ties in different areas of common interest to our two peoples, Cambodia and Russia.
