From 26 to 27 June 2023, H.E. Dr. CHEM Widhya, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and Eminent Person of Cambodia for the High-Level Task Force on ASEAN Community's Post-2025 Vision (HLTF-ACV) led a delegation to attend the 8th HLTF-ACV Meeting in Jakarta, Indonesia.

The Meeting brainstormed on the draft ASEAN Vision 2045 which foresees a resilient, innovative, dynamic and people-centered Community.

Representatives from Timor-Leste were invited to the 8th HLTF-ACV Meeting as Observers.
