On the morning of 14 August 2023, H.E. Dr. KUNG Phoak, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and ASEAN SOM Leader of Cambodia, presided over and delivered a Lecture on “Cambodia’s Role in ASEAN” for lecturers and students from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam National University (HCMC-VNU), which was organized by the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations. The Lecture emphasized on Cambodia's role, contributions and achievements in ASEAN.
