On the morning of 3 September 2023, His Excellency KUNG Phoak, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and ASEAN SOM Leader of Cambodia, attended the ASEAN Senior Officials' Meeting at the ASEAN Secretariat in preparation for the 43rd ASEAN Summit and Related Summits to be held in 5 - 7 September 2023 in Jakarta, Indonesia.
