On 4 September 2023, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister SOK Chenda Sophea, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, had a bilateral meeting with His Excellency Ivica Dacic, First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia, in Jakarta. Both sides identified promising areas of collaboration, particularly in economic realm, aimed at bolstering Cambodia-Serbia relations. The Ministers also signed the MoU on Cooperation between the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia.
