On 5 September 2023, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister SOK Chenda Sophea, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, joined Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei HUN MANET, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, at the Plenary Session of the 43rd ASEAN Summit in Jakarta.
