At the invitation of His Excellency Sarun Charoensuwan, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, Her Excellency Dr. SOEUNG Rathchavy, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Cambodia, led a delegation to pay a working visit to Bangkok on 14-15 September 2023.

During the working visit, Her Excellency the Secretary of State and His Excellency the Permanent Secretary had an in-depth discussion on bilateral cooperation between the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Kingdom of Thailand in all fields, such as political- security, economy, trade, investment, education, tourism, labor, demining, and technical cooperation.

Both sides also​ focused their discussion on the preparations for the upcoming Official Visit of His Excellency Srettha THAVISIN, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand, to the Kingdom of Cambodia at the end of September 2023.

Her Excellency the Secretary of State and His Excellency the Permanent Secretary firmly believed that under the wise and visionary leadership of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei HUN MANET, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and His Excellency Srettha THAVISIN, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand, the excellent friendly bilateral relations and cooperation between the two Kingdoms will be further strengthened and expanded for the mutual interests of the two people.
