On 27 September 2023, Her Excellency Yentieng Puthirasmey, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, cordially received His Excellency Anatoly Borovik, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Kingdom of Cambodia, at the Ministry. The discussion focused on further cooperation between Cambodia and Russia Federation under the framework of the United Nations and International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
