On 12 October 2023, His Excellency SOK Chenda Sophea, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received a courtesy call by Ms. Alissar Chaker, United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Resident Representative in Cambodia, at the Ministry. 

His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister expressed his deep thanks to UNDP for its assistance and contribution to Cambodia for the past 50 years. Ms. Alissar Chaker reaffirmed UNDP’s continued support in assisting Cambodia to achieve its Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and prepare for graduation from LDC status. Both sides expressed their readiness to work closely together to further strengthen partnership and enhance more constructive dialogue.
