On 15 October 2023, His Excellency SOK Chenda Sophea, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, led the Ministry’s management to lay wreath and pay tribute to the Late King-Father, His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah NORODOM SIHANOUK “Preah Borom Ratanak Kaudh”, at the Royal Memorial Statue.
