On 19 October 2023, Her Excellency PHEN Savny, Under Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received a courtesy call from His Excellency Jyri Järviaho, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Finland to Cambodia, at the Ministry. 
During the meeting, both sides discussed the strengthening of bilateral relations between the two countries and touched upon political landscape of Cambodia's post-general election 2023. The two personalities also discussed cooperation in trade, investment and tourism as well as the mutual support within the multilateral frameworks.
