On 26 October 2023, on behalf of His Excellency SOK Chenda Sophea, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, His Excellency OUK Sorphorn, Undersecretary of State, received a courtesy call by His Excellency Dr. Michael Mann, Ambassador of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta to the Kingdom of Cambodia with Residence in Bangkok, at the Ministry.

Both sides discussed the bilateral relations, especially the health cooperation between the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Order of Malta aimed at furthering socio-economic welfare of the Cambodian people and acknowledged that there is a need to expedite the renewal of existing documents on the fight against leprosy with line authorities. Both sides also exchanged cordial views on local development in Cambodia.
