At the reception commemorating the centenary of the founding of the Republic of Türkiye on 30 October 2023, His Excellency SOK Chenda Sophea, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, extended warmest congratulations to the Government and the people of Türkiye.

During this significant event, Deputy Prime Minister SOK Chenda Sophea highlighted the continuous growth of bilateral relations between Cambodia and Türkiye across various realms, encompassing trade and investment, education, health, cultural exchanges, and multilateral cooperation. His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister also emphasized the positive momentum of bilateral relations between the two countries through the inauguration of the Royal Embassy of Cambodia in Ankara in 2022 and the opening of a Residence Office of the Counsellor for Commercial Affairs within the Turkish Embassy in Phnom Penh this year.
