On 03 November 2023, His Excellency MEAS Kim Heng, Secretary of State and MLC SOM Leader of Cambodia, attended the 10th Mekong-Lancang Cooperation (MLC) Senior Officials’ Meeting in Nay Pyi Taw, Myanmar.
The meeting reviewed the progress and discussed the future direction of MLC and also the preparation for the 8th upcoming Mekong-Lancang Cooperation Foreign Ministers’ Meeting in China.
