On 22 November 2023, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister SOK Chenda Sophea, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, cordially received Her Excellency Liurka Rodríguez Barrios, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Cuba to the Kingdom of Cambodia for a courtesy at the Ministry. 

His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister and Her Excellency Ambassador exchanged views on cooperation in both bilateral and multilateral frameworks and shared commitment to working more closely for the development and prosperity of the two nations.
