On 23 November 2023, His Excellency Dr. CHEM Widhya, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and His Excellency Wouter Jurgens, Director-General of Asia and Oceania of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, co-chaired the First Bilateral Consultations between the Foreign Ministries of the two countries, in the Hague, Kingdom of the Netherlands.

Both sides were committed to strengthen the existing relations and expand further cooperation in bilateral and multilateral levels in various fields of common interest of the two countries. Both sides also thoroughly discussed and exchanged views on the developments in regional and global issues.
