On 4 December 2023, His Excellency MEAS Kim Heng, Secretary of State and Cambodia’s SOM Leader for Mekong-Cooperation, received a courtesy call by Mr. TANINAI Ichitomo, Minister/Deputy Chief of Mission, Embassy of Japan in Phnom Penh, at the Ministry.

During the meeting, both sides highlighted the progress of the Mekong-Japan Cooperation and discussed the way forward for the Mekong-Japan Cooperation.
