On 08 December 2023, His Excellency KUNG Phoak, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and ASEAN SOM Leader of Cambodia, met with Mr. Matthew Findlay, Head of Southeast Asia Department of the Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Office (FCDO) of the United Kingdom. During the meeting, both sides discussed ways to further enhance cooperation in the ASEAN-UK Dialogue Relations and exchanged views on regional and international issues.
