On the morning of December 8, 2023, His Excellency TEAN Samnang, Ambassador-Designate of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the Republic of Indonesia and the Democratic Republic of Timor Leste presented his credentials to His Excellency Joko Widodo, President of the Republic of Indonesia. On that occasion, His Excellency Ambassador-Desinate conveyed greetings and best wishes from His Majesty NORODOM Sihamoni, King of Cambodia to His Excellency the President and reported on the progress of Cambodia-Indonesia bilateral relations.

On the same day, after presenting the credentials, His Excellency Ambassador TEAN Samnang, paid a courtesy call on Her Excellency Retno L.P. Marsudi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Indonesia, and discussed the advancement of relations and collaboration in various fields between Cambodia and Indonesia.
